One of the most common questions I have been getting in the recent weeks is what players should do while waiting on Mafia Wars Bangkok to come out. Thanksgiving is a special event at Zynga and they have once again spread the spirit to Mafia Wars. From 12:01 am, Thursday, November 26th through Monday, November 30th at 11:59 pm all jobs and fights have a chance to drop holiday themed items.

Here is a quick list of the items along with their stats.

Stuffed Turkey: 19 attack, 25 defense

Mashed Potatoes: 24 attack, 21 defense

Out of all of these I think that the Food Coma is hilarious. How many times have you eaten Thanksgiving dinner and everyone rushes to the living room to watch football and are sound asleep before the first quarter is over? It was always that way as I grew up and the tradition of “Food Coma” is alive and well still in my family. Oh well I guess that the condition saves us from the boring games that are the usual fare of the Thanksgiving celebration.

Additionally, even if you already have everything, you can get 2 free reward points associated with the event. Every time you get an item you can publish it for your friends to get 2 free reward points.

While it may not be a four-course meal at your parent’s house with all the fixings, players of the Facebook game can now give Thanksgiving gifts to their mafia. From weapons (Turkey Silencers, Potato Masher or Tomahawk) to a defensive Pigskin Helmet to a Parade Balloon in the shape of a smoking mob boss, there’s something that will fit the tastes of everyone in your mafia.

Make Fast Money in mafia Wars–Doing jobs is not the most efficient way to make money in Mafia Wars but for those of you who are more money minded and less concerned with speed leveling this list will prove invaluable.

Money awards in Mafia Wars are somewhat random in that there is no set amount at any level. For instance I have done “Make Arrangements for a Visiting Don” from the New York Boss Tier and earned the minimum amount, then clicked do job again and earned the maximum amount. I may be wrong, and please correct me if I am, but it seems that Zynga uses a completely random amount per job.

   Do missions that have high payouts. You can see how much money each mission in Mafia Wars gives you by looking at the description under the jobs tab. Complete missions that have low energy cost but high payouts. Some missions in Mafia Wars will cost less energy but payout high amounts of money. World domination simply doesn’t happen for those who sit back and watch the world go by.

Mafia wars is an awesome game but the reason that it is so addictive I think, is because you really need to think about what you are doing and have a very good head for strategy if you want to get the most energy in mafia wars.I revised Mafia Wars Strategy Levels 100+ (energy >400),Here’s a screenshot of my profil:

Most Mafia Wars players don’t apply the right strategies. In fact, a large amount of players doom themselves for failure right from the beginning. Get yourself equipped with the best Mafia Wars secret to put yourself right on track for success in Mafia Wars.

1.) THERE ARE NO “CHEATS”

This is the first thing that you need to realize. There may be thousands of sites advertising cheats for Mafia Wars but in reality there are no cheats. Any loophole in the game is quickly fixed by Zynga more often than not before you can use it. Not to mention that that making use of a flaw in the game actually violates the ToS and you can be banned.

2.) Its ALL about strategy

Dominating Mafia Wars does not require some magical formula that only a few can understand. To be one of the top players all you have to do is devise a strategy and follow it. You cannot jump from one thing to another and hope to succeed.

3.) Skill Point Allocation

Distribute all of your skill points efficiently. Distribution of points is in my opinion the most important part of Mafia Wars. This goes back to number 2. Have a clear goal in mind when you are spreading those points around. There are different point strategies to use depending on exactly what you want to do with the character.  A character that zooms through the levels and one that dominates the hitlist need to distribute the points differently.

4.) Godfather Points

Spending Godfather points is another part of strategy. There are many things that you can do with these points and they will affect how your character is played. The only thing I spend Godfather points on is skill upgrade points, the rest is just a bunch of crap. The rewards in the crates are worse than the items you can find in the game naturally and the full refills are simply a waste of points.

5.) Mafia Expansion & Equipment

Build your mafia but use common sense. Sure, there are ways to grow your mafia to 500 in 24 hours and to thousands in a couple of day, but do you really want to do that? Grow your mafia at a rate that you can handle in equipping them. What use is a 3000 player mafia if all you can equip them with is bare knuckles?

If you truly want to dominate Mafia Wars you need to realize that there are no cheats to do it, develop a strategy and follow it, distribute your skill points efficiently, don’t waste Godfather points on crap, and grow your mafia as you can equip them. Being the best is not something that is going to happen over night. Building a strong, well equipped, and wealthy character takes time and dedication.

The tips should get you off to a good start to dominate Mafia Wars. As you can see, energy is paramount when it comes to leveling and advancing quickly in the game, so put most of your efforts into getting more energy whenever possible. Avoid the seemingly more fun parts of the game until you’re a higher level, or else you’ll just end up in a bunch of bad situations.
